Congratulations spice on being member of the month. I enjoyed the video. The messages on the rock have a fascinating story.

Wow, Spice, can decide which I like best, the butterflies or the dinosaurs. I have three grandsons, so I guess I will go with them. :)Dinosaurs rock.

It was a great place to visit JJ.
My husband and I wanted to do something different for our wedding so we got married on a Steam Train
Ours wasn't the Teddy Bear special, but we did get to see the train get robbed. Best part was, not a single person in our compartment had a clue what was happening. It was great.

Thank you JJ. I'd already done the church thing once. Didn't turn out so good....lol! We had no family there whatsoever. My husbands best friend and his girlfriend drove up from Texas. That was it. But you know what, it didn't matter to me. The only important people that really mattered were myself and my husband. I don't regret it at all.
So for our honeymoon we did this
Out houseboat wasn't quite as fancy as their's as there was only the two of us, but man it was huge. We had such a great time. Didn't want to leave.

Anyone afraid of heights? One year I went to visit my best friend who had moved to Toronto, Ontario. She too me to the CN Tower.
As well we visited Niagara Falls. Niagara Falls isn't just the falls, but lovely town that is the falls.

You have had some wonderful adventures, Spice. I have a fear of heights, could never go up that spire. But I would love to ride in that white carriage and see the Falls. Thanks for the videos.

It was funny JJ. My girlfriend doesn't care for heights either but she went up with me in the elevator. I was proud of her.
Michael and I also took some time to spend a weekend here on occasion
We did the polynesian and Victorian coach room

What a neat hotel, Spice, something for everyone. It also looks family friendly, I saw all those bunk beds, nice touch.

The hotel is very much family oriented JJ. It is in West Edmonton Mall, home to Galaxyland.
Thank you Gibby. Glad you are enjoying it.
Let's leave Alberta and move to British Columbia. Oh I so loved vacationing there. Mom used to have a cottage on Vancouver Island near Parksville and Qualicum Beach. We would go oyster hunting on the beach. I despise oysters but it was still fun looking for them.
